Responsibilities •Implement and set up effective paid search strategies on Google and Facebook in accordance with the strategy provided. • Select and recommend keywords based on targeted audience.. • Conduct fortnightly audits and STA (search term analysis) of all facebook and google ad accounts. • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI • Monitor campaign progress and identify/fix issues (verification, billing failure etc, policy violations etc) • Conduct multivariate, split tests and implement changes as required • Produce reports for clients and management eg dashboards • Reduce the risk of click fraud • Set up end to end conversion tracking for Google and Facebook ads •Meta Ads, including ecommerce accounts and campaign management, commerce manager, and pixel trackingQualifications • 2-3 years Facebook & Google Ads experience • Technical and hands-on campaign set up and management experience • Experience in data analytics and reporting (google analytics is a must, SEMrush, Commerce manager, Audience manager) • Experience with feed implementation through different CMS eg Shopify, WooCommerce
