The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, training coordination & compliance, while supporting the Administration, Facility, and Operations teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Drive workforce planning, learning & development, and succession planning. Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement) to identify trends and recommend solutions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects. Addressing employee grievances Handling POSH related casesQualifications:Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partner role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders. Should be flexible to work in Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST) Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
