Job Title: Manager – Registrations & Regulatory Affairs Function:Agri Input Business Location:MumbaiRole Purpose To ensureend-to-end regulatory compliance and timely registrationsfor Agri Input products across India. The role is responsible forproduct registrations, license management, manufacturing approvals, and certificationsunder applicable Acts, enabling smooth business operations and compliant product commercialization.Key Responsibilities Manageregistration and renewalof products under Fertilizer Act, Insecticide Act, Seeds Act, Bio-stimulant guidelines, and related regulations. Handlemanufacturing, marketing, and distribution licenses , including amendments and renewals. Coordinate with regulatory authorities such asCIB&RC, FCO, Central Bio-Stimulant Committee, and State Agriculture Departments . OverseeGLP-compliant data generation, dossier preparation, and regulatory submissions . Support registration ofbiofertilizers and microbial products , includingmycorrhizal-based formulations , in coordination with R&D and external laboratories. LeadOrganic and allied certifications(e.g., NPOP, OMRI) and annual renewals. Ensure compliance atC&F locations and service centers , including documentation audits. Track regulatory changes and proactively advise business teams on compliance impact. Manage regulatory observations, misbranding cases, and liaison with authorities when required. Work closely withR&D, Manufacturing, and Marketingteams to support compliant product launches and seasonal business planning.Qualifications & Experience Graduate (preferablyLaw / Agriculture / Life Sciences ) 8–12 yearsof experience inRegulatory Affairs / Registrationswithin Agri Inputs (Fertilizers, Pesticides, Bio-stimulants, Biofertilizers)Key Skills Strong knowledge ofFCO, CIB&RC, CBC, GLP, and state licensing frameworks Proven expertise indocumentation, regulatory filings, and license management Experience withmicrobial and biological products , includingmycorrhizal technologies Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and state-wise regulatory requirements High attention to detail and strong follow-up orientationIdeal Candidate Snapshot A hands-on regulatory professional with strong exposure toAgri Input registrations , capable of independently managingPAN-India licenses , supportingmicrobial and mycorrhizal product portfolios , and enabling compliant, timely product commercialization.Interested candidate share their resume on ritesh.vasavada@
