Architects - India NCR (5-7 years exp)Location:NCR / New Delhi (Head Office: Mumbai, collaboration with UHA London and global offices)We are seeking creative and technically skilled architects with 5-7+ years of professional experience to join our NCR studio. The successful candidates will work closely with our Mumbai office and collaborate with our London Head Office and design teams from around the world.UHA offers an inclusive culture, growth and a competitive remuneration and benefits package. Additionally, we offer 25 days holiday per year, 8 paid public holidays, and flexible remote working via our digital fortnight programme.Essential RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized international or national institution. 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture and master planning, with exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Experience across all stages of design and construction administration, including tall buildings in the Indian context. Strong design skills from concept inception through GFCs and beyond. Advanced BIM modelling expertise (Revit), with proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of Grasshopper for parametric and computational design workflows. In-depth knowledge of prevailing codes, NBC, and local bye-laws, with ability to apply them effectively in design. Excellent English language skills, verbal and written. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong commitment to timelines and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to projects at all stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation. Prepare and develop drawings, BIM models, parametric studies, and presentation materials. Deliver construction documentation, including detailing, schedules, and specifications. Coordinate with internal and external design teams, consultants, engineers, and client representatives. Collaborate with global office teams, ensuring design intent and quality standards are met across international projects. Support senior staff in guiding and mentoring junior team members. Nice-to-haveExperience working for an international design studio Foreign languages in addition to English advantageous LEED AP or IGBC AP credentials Good working knowledge of Vaastu in residential design Working knowledge of ArchiCAD and Grasshopper would be advantageous.
