Job Responsibility :The Manager will spearhead the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of lake restoration initiatives. This position demands leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and promoting ecological resilience through scientific, regulatory, and community-based frameworks.Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness for both lake water and its adjacent areas to preserve environmental integrity. Oversee budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting to ensure transparent and responsible fiscal management throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure strict adherence to environmental legislation, water resource policies, and biodiversity conservation mandates. Prepare and manage documentation required for environmental clearances, funding applications, and project audits. Supervise the maintenance of park landscapes, including pathways, plantations, and efficient waste disposal systems. Guarantee uninterrupted utility services, implement robust security protocols, and maintain hygienic conditions across all facilities, including sanitation blocks. Maintain consistent communication with government agencies to support reporting, infrastructure upgrades, and renovation efforts. Collaborate with architects to fulfill design specifications and drive enhancements aligned with ecological and aesthetic goals.Required Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s qualification in Civil engineering/Water management/Architecture/Urban planning/Forestry Experience : Candidates must possess a minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree/ Bachelor's degree Job Location : UNM Foundation, Ahmedabad
