Internship - Quant Firm – Product & Investor Relations Analyst (Graduate / Early Career) Location: Bangalore/Dubai (for UAE residents) Duration: 6 MonthsAbout the Role We are a quantitative investment firm leveragingdata science, systematic research, and cutting-edge AI toolsto design and scale investment strategies. We have High Frequency, Mid Frequency and Low Frequency products, both absolute and directional. We mainly use futures and options trading but also do cash equity investing. We are seeking ahighly motivated graduate or early-career professionalto join us in ahybrid Product, Project Management, and Investor Relations role . This role is ideal for someone passionate aboutinvestments, quantitative strategies, and technology , who enjoys building efficient systems, managing projects end-to-end, and communicating complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will work closely with senior investment marketing and distribution professionals, takingreal ownership from day one . The role is designed to develop future leaders who understand bothhow quant strategies are builtandhow they are positioned, scaled, and communicatedto investors.Key Responsibilities You will take ownership across a broad set of initiatives, including: Product & Project Management Support thedevelopment, documentation, and rollout of quantitative investment products Translate investment and research concepts intoclear product narratives, decks, and reports Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination usingmodern project management tools Continuously identify opportunities toautomate workflows and improve operational efficiencyusing AI and no-code/low-code tools Includes–PPMs, Client Database management, Third party (Preqin, HFR, etc) database management, Email Distribution list management, Partnership agreements and more tasks as the firm growsInvestor Relations & Client Exposure Assist in preparinginvestor materialsincluding pitch decks, performance reports, factsheets, DDQs, Datarooms, and roadshow content Supportinvestor communication , meeting preparation, and follow-ups Maintain and enhance CRM systems, leveragingAI-driven data enrichment and analytics Gain exposure toglobal institutional investors, family offices, and fund managersMarket Research UseAI tools or similar to : Create and updatePeergroup (forcompetitive analysis ) Source competitor’s marketing materials Research international markets to source family office and HNI clients Research and create generic industry reports (e.g. Derivatives markets in India, China, Brazil, etc) Work withdifferent internal teams(in Dubai and HQ) to learn and contribute in the growth of the firmWho We Are Looking For Minimum Requirements Undergraduate degree inFinance, Economics, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience(fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Strong interest inquantitative investing, systematic strategies, and financial markets High learning agility, ownership mindset, and intellectual curiosity Preferred Attributes Passion fortechnology, AI, and building scalable systems Ability to balanceanalytical thinking with clear communication Comfortable working in afast-paced, high-standards environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Marketing/Salesbackground a plusKey Skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong writing and presentation skills Proficiency inExcel, PowerPoint, and modern productivity tools Exposure todata analytics platforms, or AI toolsis a plus (not mandatory) Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is an advantageWhat We Offer Hands-on exposure to aprofessional quant investment platform Direct involvement inproduct management, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives Continuous feedback and mentorship from senior professionals Opportunity to work withstate-of-the-art AI and automation tools Strong potential forfull-time conversionfor exceptional performers Potential relocation to Dubai with sponsorship Visa upon successful internship completion A genuine launchpad for a long-term career inquant investing, product management, or sales/marketing/investor relationsThis ismore than a graduate role— it is an opportunity to help shape how a modern, AI-driven quantitative investment firm builds products, communicates with investors, and scales efficiently.
