Join Epsilon Cable in IndiaBase:Chennai, India — frequent field missions in India and other Asia-Pacific countries Position:HTLS Line Installation Expert ⏳Start date:March 2026Epsilon Cable, part of the Epsilon Composite Group, is expanding its Energy activities in India and across the Asia-Pacific region and is hiring an experienced Master Installer to lead the installation, upgrading, and replacement of overhead high-voltage transmission lines using its innovative HVCRC® HTLS conductors. This is a field-oriented, senior technical role, combining hands-on expertise, supervision of crews, and technical support to partners and customers.Your key responsibilitiesSupervise and perform installation of HVCRC® HTLS conductors on transmission lines, mainly in India and other Asia-Pacific countries Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and installation equipment Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards, in line with international transmission line engineering practices Support and train manufacturing and installation partners in India and abroad Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and acceptance testing Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and project milestone deliverables Work closely with Epsilon Cable teams in India and France️ Your profileMust-have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-voltage transmission line installation and supervision Proven track record with HTLS conductors on overhead transmission lines Strong knowledge of sag-tension calculations, conductor behavior, and line design principles Fluent English, comfortable working in international environments Strong field leadership, autonomy, and problem-solving skills Nice-to-have: Experience in projects across Asia-Pacific countries Certifications: working at heights, first aid, electrical safety Experience in training field teams or industrial partnersConditions & packageCompensation:15–30k USD Professional travel costs fully covered Position based in Chennai, with frequent missions on project sites in India and other Asia-Pacific countriesWhy join us?
