Job Description Territory Sales Development - Drive sales growth in the Rajasthan region across key industrial hubs including Kota, Jaipur, Chittor, Barmer, and Balotra - Identify and develop new business opportunities in heavy industries Business Development Industrial Water Treatment - Focus on generating business for applications including O&M, RO, BWT, CWT, ETP, ClO, chemical cleaning, and polyelectrolyte solutions - Secure at least 3 new accounts related to the mentioned applications within the defined territory Client Interaction & Proposal Management - Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and technical discussions - Prepare proposals based on customer requirements and application-specific solutions Receivables & Collections - Ensure timely payment collection and manage outstanding receivables - Maintain strong follow-up with clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations Brand Representation & Customer Support - Represent the company professionally to enhance brand image and trust - Ensure timely and accurate support and solutions are provided to customers Profitability & Strategic Focus - Monitor account profitability and ensure alignment with business goals - Implement strategies for sales growth and cost optimization Behavioural Profile - Meeting sales goals - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Process-oriented with business acumen
