Key Responsibilities: Technical Support and Site Management - Provide comprehensive technical support to sites and customers located in Bihar. - Extend technical assistance to the Jharkhand region as needed. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues directly on-site to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. - Effectively manage all ongoing site activities and service routines across designated regions.
