In the role you will work to directly support our clients and collaborate with creative teams to compile and deploy optimized product and brand content out to multiple retailers. Own the scaled deployment of optimized digital content and creative including image carousels, written copy, enhanced content, brand stores, etc. Clearly communicate with account team members to ensure that optimized product information meets retailer requirements for successful deployment. Coordinate with the account team and clients to secure user access and permissions required to deploy. Demonstrate knowledge of multiple retailer portals as well as retailer specific requirements and processes to deploy content and design work; learn additional platforms where needed to support client work. Keep abreast of changes to retailer requirements and disseminate that information to anticipate impacts to account and creative teams. Utilize our proprietary software to audit product description pages across retailers, troubleshoot and correct inaccuracies in product information, and thoroughly track actions taken to resolve. Proactively participate and contribute ideas for process improvements in deployment and auditing areas.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, business or other relevant area 3+ years of experience working directly on client projects 3+ years of data management experience; previous experience with PIM systems, Salsify, or Syndigo highly preferred Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Knowledge of multiple retailer platforms and manual deployment processes (Amazon preferred) Accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently Strong organizational and communication skills Critical thinking skills and a self-starter mentality
