Job Title

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to execute projects in the design and manufacturing of Critical Alloy Steel/Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, and High-Pressure Boiler Drums. The role demands strong technical knowledge of ASME codes, materials, QC/NDT techniques, and proven experience in end-to end project management including commercial handling, ERP systems, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities  Manage execution of projects for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and boiler drums, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.  Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project (Primavera knowledge preferred).  Ensure compliance with ASME codes, relevant material specifications, and source approved suppliers.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.  Manage project budgets, contracts, and resource planning effectively.  Ensure compliance and documentation through ERP systems (preferably SAP).  Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.  Handle commercial aspects including import/export, taxation, works contract tax, and contractual obligations.  Maintain adherence to Management Systems for quality, safety, and performance excellence.  Leverage expertise in handling non-ferrous metals (Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Niobium) – considered an added advantage.Qualifications & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering  Minimum 6 years of experience in execution of pressure vessel and heat exchanger projects.  In-depth knowledge of ASME codes, material standards, and manufacturing processes.  Strong proficiency in MS Project; knowledge of Primavera preferred.  Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).  Excellent understanding of QC testing, NDT techniques, and management systems.  Strong commercial and contractual knowledge including taxation and import/export processes.  Proven ability to handle non-ferrous metals will be an added advantage.Key Skills  Project planning and execution  Team leadership & people management  Strong communication & negotiation skills  Analytical and problem-solving ability  Commercial and contractual acumenWhy Join Us?  Opportunity to work on challenging, high-value engineering projects.  Exposure to global clients and advanced technologies.  Collaborative work environment with strong career growth prospects.  Commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence.
