Job Summary We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to manage the front desk operations at our Head Office. As the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, this role is critical in creating a professional, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the front desk and maintain accurate visitor logs and records. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately. Receive, sort, and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate administrative and organizational tasks supporting multiple departments. Oversee the front office area and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and order. Schedule appointments, maintain records/files, and support internal coordination. Uphold organizational values and confidentiality in all interactions. Required skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing administrative role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Problem-solving mind set with attention to detail. Customer-centric attitude with a professional demeanor. Fluency in English; knowledge of one additional regional language is an advantage.
