Presently, our team consists of over 5000+ skilled professionals spread across 21 countries spanning Europe, Asia, United Kingdom, South America and North AmericaRole Overview The SAP Functional Finance Support – FP&A & Treasury is responsible for providing functional support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance solutions with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Treasury operations. This role serves as the key liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring SAP systems effectively support planning, forecasting, cash management, liquidity planning, and financial reporting processes.Key Responsibilities :SAP Finance Functional Support Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO with emphasis on FP&A and Treasury modules. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and service requests within SLA timelines. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain system configurations including cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts, internal orders, and financial hierarchies. FP&A Systems Support Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles within SAP. Ensure accurate data flow between SAP and reporting/analytics tools. Assist with management reporting requirements and enhancements. Maintain planning structures and financial models in the system. Treasury Systems Support Support cash management, liquidity forecasting, payment processing, and bank integrations. Maintain house bank, bank master data, and payment configurations. Support Treasury processes including FX management, intercompany funding, and bank communication. Enhancements & Projects Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing (Unit, Integration, UAT). Participate in SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformation initiatives. Ensure proper documentation of configurations and process flows. Governance & Controls Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Support SOX/internal control processes where applicable. Maintain system documentation and change management records.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) functional experience. Strong knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting). Experience supporting Treasury or Cash Management processes. SAP S/4HANA experience preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Key Competencies Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
