We are seeking a proactive and hands-onOperations Team Leaderto oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet and driver team. This role involves managing frontline staff, coordinating vehicle maintenance and logistics, and ensuring high service quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fleet or automotive operations, demonstrates leadership capabilities, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of drivers and support staff in daily fleet operations Plan and monitor vehicle usage, availability, maintenance, and repairs Handle vehicle insurance processes and incident response coordination Organize and manage driver clusters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency Train, onboard, and support new drivers; implement performance improvement and recognition programs Track team performance, service quality, and operational KPIs Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Customer Service, HR, Maintenance) to resolve operational issues Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, costs, and incidents
