Job Title:Architect Designer II Job Type:Full-timeKey Responsibility: ● Preparing and designing preliminary plans ● Develop design ideas working with team ● Develop design schemes and feasibility studies ● Coordinate with other disciplines ● Learn and understand International Building Codes ● Create presentation books for client presentations. ● Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols ● No site visits required.Qualifications: ● 3-5 years of experience in US project-related field required ● Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup,Bluebeam ● Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge ● Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects. ● Ability to work independently and come up with solutions. ● Ability to think critically and creativity skills ● Strong verbal and written skills ● Strong prioritization and organization skills to meet deadlines ● Ability to effectively meet deadlinesWork Authorization: ● India Job Type: Full-time Onwards: ₹35,000.00 OnwardsEducation: Bachelors in Architecture Experience: Total work: 3-5 years (Preferred) Revit: 3 years (Required) At least 3 years of exp. in the US projects Language: English (Required)
