The Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening the resort’s brand presence, enhancing visibility, and driving sales and revenue growth across India.The role also involves coordinating corporate events, special events, and weddings with all stakeholders to further promote the brand and expand market reach.Key Responsibilities 1. Digital & Online MarketingManage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Maintain and update the website and online sales platforms Improve online presence and customer engagement 2. E-Commerce & Online Sales ChannelsManage OTAs and other online booking platforms Ensure accurate pricing, photos, descriptions, and promotional offers Monitor sales performance and optimize conversion rates 3. Offline Marketing & PromotionsPlan and execute local promotions including hoardings, flyers, brochures, and events Develop partnerships with corporates, travel agents, and other stakeholders Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events 4. Content & BrandingDevelop marketing content ideas for posts, reels, videos, and campaigns Maintain consistent brand image and communication tone Coordinate with designers, photographers, and marketing agencies 5. Sales & Team CoordinationCollaborate closely with sales, reservations, front office, and operations teams Support sales initiatives with marketing materials and lead generation Train staff on brand communication standards 6. Budgeting & ReportingManage and optimize the marketing budget Track campaign performance and ROI Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management 7. Guest Engagement & Reputation ManagementMonitor online reviews and customer feedback Respond to reviews and improve guest satisfaction Support loyalty and repeat business programsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel, resort, or wellness marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and promotional strategies Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills Ability to work independently and collaborativelyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Increase in sales and revenue Growth in online presence and engagement ROI on marketing spend Brand visibility and customer satisfaction
