You will build and maintain modern, high - performing user interfaces with a strong focus on design quality, responsiveness, and usability.You’ll work closely with backend engineers and product teams to deliver seamless experiences, optimise performance, and continuously improve our frontend architecture and codebase .You’ll also stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute ideas that improve engineering workflows and product outcomes.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and user - friendly web interfaces Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and real - time systems Optimise applications for speed, reliability, and excellent user experience Improve and refactor existing codebases for maintainability and performance Ensure cross - browser compatibility and high UI quality standards Contribute to technical decisions, frontend architecture, and best practices Explore new tools / approaches and propose improvements to processes and workflowsQualifications Strong proficiency in frontend development and responsive web design Solid understanding of web development standards and best practices Familiarity with backend concepts to collaborate effectively with backend teams Experience with software development tools, processes, and methodologies Strong attention to detail, problem - solving skills, and a user - centred mindset Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Nice to have :Experience building accessible and cross - browser compatible web applicationsTechnologies React/TypeScript Server - Sent Events (SSE) WebSocketsRequired Professional Experience:5–10 years (compensation ₹12–27 LPA, based on skill fit and interview performance)Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem - solving ability Effective collaboration across teams in a fast - paced environment Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning—especially with AI
