We work closely with couples, planners, and creative partners to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences from first inquiry to final delivery.Role OverviewWe’re looking for aClient Servicing Agentwho will be the primary point of contact for our clients. This role requires strong communication, relationship management, and coordination skills to ensure every client journey is smooth, warm, and professional. You’ll bridge the gap betweenclients, internal teams, and external collaborators—ensuring expectations are aligned and delivered beautifully.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Management Handle all incoming inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls Conduct initial client conversations, understand requirements & budgets Build trust-based relationships with couples, families, planners & partners Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely responses Proposals & Closures Share packages, customize proposals, and explain deliverables clearly Coordinate negotiations and assist in closing bookings Ensure contracts, advance payments, and documentation are completed Project & Shoot Coordination Act as the single point of contact before, during, and after shoots Coordinate schedules with photographers, videographers & editors Align timelines, shot lists, and client expectations with the team Post-Shoot & Delivery Management Communicate delivery timelines clearly to clients Coordinate with editing teams for smooth handovers Handle feedback, revisions, and final delivery professionally Internal Coordination & Reporting Maintain client records, timelines, and payment status Update internal trackers and report weekly on leads, closures & live projects Requirements1–4 years experience in client servicing, account management, or hospitality / weddings / creative agencies Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Comfortable handling premium clients and high-pressure timelines Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Docs, Excel/Sheets Passion for weddings, storytelling, and creative industries is a big plus What We’re Looking ForCalm, composed, and solution-oriented personality People-first mindset with attention to detail Someone who can balance warmth with professionalism Proactive, dependable, and deadline-driven What You’ll GetWork with a creative, growing photography brand Exposure to luxury weddings & destination events A collaborative, respectful work culture Growth opportunities as the brand scales How to ApplySend your resume + a short note on why you’d be a great fit to contact.utmt@|WhatsApp/Call +91 9970059559 Subject line:Client Servicing Agent – Under The Mango Tree
