Role Lead and manage end-to-end US HRO operations, including Payroll, Benefits administration & Retirement services. Role requires strategic oversight of service delivery, ensuring excellence in client satisfaction, operational efficiency & compliance.Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the US HRO Operations team, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with relevant regulations. Encompassing onboarding, data management, benefits administration, front office back-office activities, exits. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Solutions, and others, to participate in RFPs and RFIs for new client acquisitions, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.Qualifications Any Graduation or Post Graduation Minimum 16 years of experience with significant expertise in US Payroll, Benefits, and Retirement operations within HRO across the BPO industry Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and JIRA
