Job Title: Marketing Manager Company:Winn Foods Location:Pune, India Experience:8–10 years (FMCG Marketing)Role Overview:- Winn Foods is looking for an experiencedMarketing Managerto lead brand building and innovation across its FMCG food portfolio. This role will play a critical part in shapingnew product development, brand architecture, and consumer-led marketing , working closely with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to drive sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities 1. New Product Development (NPD) Lead end-to-endnew product development , including concept creation, design, positioning, and launch strategy. Work closely with R&D, operations, and sales teams to convert consumer insights into scalable FMCG products. Manageproduct testing, consumer trials, feedback analysis , and post-launch reviews. 2. Market & Consumer Research Ownconsumer and market researchinitiatives to identify trends, category gaps, and growth opportunities. Track competition, pricing, packaging benchmarks, and category performance. Translate insights into actionable brand and innovation strategies. 3. Brand Architecture & Brand Philosophy Define and strengthenbrand architectureacross master brands, sub-brands, and product portfolios. Articulate a clearbrand philosophy, positioning, and tone of voice . Ensure consistency of brand identity across packaging, communication, and consumer touchpoints. 4. Media Management Plan and managemedia strategyacross digital, regional, trade, and selective mass media channels. Work with media agencies to optimize budgets, reach, and ROI. Track campaign performance and continuously improve media effectiveness. 5. Creative & Agency Management Lead collaboration withcreative, digital, packaging, and design agencies . Develop clear creative briefs and ensure timely, high-quality output. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Support trade marketing with strong consumer stories and product narratives.Key Requirements 8–10 years of FMCG marketing experience , preferably in food, sauces, condiments, or packaged foods. Strong experience innew product development and brand building . Hands-on exposure tomarket research, media planning, and creative development . Proven ability to managemultiple agencies and stakeholders . Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
