We are looking for aProduct Manager: Platformwho can help build the foundational systems that power growth, personalization, experimentation, and analytics at scale.The role:You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, and growth to build micro-services, experimentation frameworks, internal tools, APIs, and instrumentation that enable JoVE to innovate rapidly and scale reliably.Responsibilities:Define and drive the roadmap for coreplatform services and micro-service architecture Partner closely with the engineering team to design scalable, modular systems Establishproduct instrumentation standardsto capture meaningful metrics across the platform Design and launch APIs, internal tools, and reusable services that enable faster product experimentation Build systems that supportpersonalization ,content discovery and delivery ,accessibility , andanalytics Own platform KPIs including reliability, latency, adoption, and experimentation velocity Work with data teams to define event tracking frameworks and analytics infrastructure Reduce technical and vendor dependencies by identifying build vs. buy opportunities Ensure platform decisions improve product velocity across growth, content, and enterprise use cases Drive innovation at scale by enablingrapid feature iterationacross global marketsRequirements:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 2-5 years of Product Management experience Experience building products inEdTech, SaaS, marketplaces, healthtech, or consumer tech Exposure to backend systems, APIs, or micro-services driven architectures Familiarity with SQL, event tracking, data pipelines, or experimentation frameworks Experience defining and tracking product metrics beyond surface-level dashboards to measure and improve business performance Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast paced environmentWhy Join JoVE?A competitive compensation package.
