The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial reporting and accounting operations for the manufacturing unit. This role ensures the accuracy of financial statements, strict adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting and Compliance Prepare and reviewcomprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including theBalance SheetandProfit & Loss (P&L) , ensuring full compliance withInd ASand established company policies. Execute all necessaryInd AS adjustments, disclosures, and reconciliations . TDS, GST, Customs Good understanding of AP and AR Process P2P/R2R Good in Communication MIS(Operational MIS, Variance Analysis ,Budget vs Actual numbers, Revenue , Raw Material Cost , EBITDA, Capex etc 2. Cost and Operational Analysis Perform detailedvariance analysison key financial metrics related tocost, inventory, and production , providing actionable insights to management. Manage and analyzeplant-level financialsand associated costs. 3. Audit and Internal Control Coordinate and manage all activities related tostatutory audits , serving as the primary liaison with external auditors to ensure thetimely completionof the audit process. Maintain and enforce rigorous compliance withinternal controls, accounting standards , and all relevantregulatory requirements . 4. Management Support Support the preparation ofmanagement reportingp, providing accurate and timely financial data. Assist in the preparation of thebudgetingprocess and ongoingfinancial planningactivities.Required Skills & Qualifications Education:Chartered Accountant CAwith 12-15 yrs of experience. Experience:Proven experience in a finance leadership role within themanufacturing or a similar industry .
