The Client Servicing role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and problems. We arw also a collaboration first hence you will be expected to hunt for collaborators in various functions of design, copywriting, AI video editors and video generators.The position also requires collaborating with internal teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Also account management in terms of raising of Invoices for Retainers at the end of the month and payment collection would be expected in this role.Qualifications Relevant experience in Advertising industry Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Strong Communication skills & Coordination Skills Basic Finance knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
