This role will drive operational excellence, business growth, and high tenant satisfaction through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Operations & Maintenance Oversee day-to-day O&M of campus infrastructure and critical systems Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Ensure uptime, reliability, and energy efficiency Infrastructure Development & Projects Lead planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors Vendor & Contract Management Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation Monitor contracts and AMC agreements for compliance and service quality Drive cost efficiency through structured governance Contract Labour Management Supervise outsourced workforce (housekeeping, security, technical services) Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory documentation Monitor workforce performance and discipline Environmental & Statutory Compliance Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and PCB norms Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reporting Manage permits, approvals, and renewals Safety, Security & Risk Management Implement safety protocols, audits, and emergency preparedness drills Oversee security operations and incident management systems Promote a strong safety culture Customer Experience & Service Delivery Drive a customer-first approach in facility services Address tenant concerns promptly and improve service levels Government Liaison & External Coordination Liaise with regulatory and government authorities Manage inspections, audits, and statutory interactions Facilitate timely approvals and compliance Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with tenants, partners, vendors, and regulators Represent the organization in industry forums and stakeholder meetings Team Leadership Lead and mentor the O&M team for high performance Build capabilities and foster a culture of accountability and innovation ✅ Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / electrical engineering (MBA preferred) 18+ yearsof experience in large-scale infrastructure / facility management Expertise in O&M, vendor management, contract labour, and team leadership Experience working with government departments and statutory bodies Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills High integrity, transparency, and accountability
