Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedFinance Managerto oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making through strong financial insights. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and applicable regulatory standards. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning. Provide financial reports and performance insights to senior management. 2. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits. Maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management systems. Manage statutory filings, tax returns, and regulatory reporting. 3. Accounting Operations Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure timely bank reconciliations and financial record accuracy. Supervise GST/VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax filings. Implement and improve accounting systems and financial processes. 4. Strategic & Business Support Support financial analysis for new projects, investments, and business initiatives. Assist in fundraising, investor reporting, and financial due diligence (if applicable). Identify cost optimization and profitability improvement opportunities. Collaborate with department heads for financial planning alignment. 5. Team Leadership Lead and mentor finance and accounting staff. Develop SOPs and strengthen financial policies. Drive automation and operational efficiency within finance functions. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance frameworks. Experience handling audits and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in fintech, securities, investment banking, or financial services. Exposure to IPO processes or capital market transactions (preferred). Treasury and cash flow management expertise. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
