We are looking for a highly intelligent, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Managing Director. This is not a routine admin role. This is a front-row seat to entrepreneurship.Role Overview Depending on experience, the role will function as either: Executive Assistant (Execution & Coordination heavy) OR Chief of Staff (Strategy, Prioritisation & Leadership heavy) The person will act as the MD’s right hand — driving clarity, execution and accountability across departments.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic & Business Support Track company KPIs across brands (revenue, COGS, staffing, marketing ROI, outlet performance) Prepare weekly dashboards & business review summaries Assist in investor communication & board materials Conduct research for expansion, vendors, partnerships 2. Execution & Follow-Ups Ensure cross-functional alignment (Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance) Track action items from meetings and ensure closure Drive implementation of key initiatives 3. Planning & Organisation Calendar management & meeting prioritisation Travel planning (business + family when required) Event coordination (store launches, investor meets, chef events) 4.
