Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Green Energy ERP (Solar EPC Domain) Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Location: Jaipur and Pune Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with Solar EPC / Green Energy ERP experience who can also take ownership as a Technical Project Lead. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building ERP or large-scale platforms for Solar EPC companies, IPPs (Independent Power Producers), Renewable Energy Asset Management, O&M operations, and Plant Monitoring / IoT-integrated systems. This role requires strong backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps expertise along with the ability to manage delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities ERP & Domain Responsibilities Design and develop ERP modules for Project Management (Solar EPC lifecycle), Procurement & Inventory, Asset Management, O&M workflows, Invoicing & Financial Tracking, and Vendor & Contractor Management. Integrate plant monitoring / IoT data into ERP dashboards. Work with solar performance metrics such as PR, CUF, and generation tracking. Technical Responsibilities Backend Develop scalable backend services using Python (Django / Django REST Framework). Design multi-tenant architecture if required. Build secure REST APIs. Optimize PostgreSQL database queries. Implement authentication and role-based access control. Frontend Develop responsive UI using Next.js. Implement SSR where required. Create dashboards and analytics views. Integrate frontend with REST APIs. Database Design optimized schemas in PostgreSQL. Write complex queries and perform performance tuning. Handle large datasets including IoT and energy monitoring data. Cloud & DevOps Deploy applications on AWS. Work with EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS. Containerize applications using Docker. Orchestrate using Kubernetes. Implement CI/CD pipelines. Project & Team Responsibilities Act as the technical owner of the product. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Coordinate with Product Team, Designers, QA, and Clients. Manage sprint planning and delivery timelines. Ensure production stability and uptime. Required Skills 2 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Proven experience building ERP systems. Prior experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy domain (Mandatory). Strong experience with Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Multi-tenant systems, CI/CD, and Security best practices. Good to Have Experience with IoT integrations (MQTT, real-time data). Knowledge of Solar Plant Monitoring Systems (SCADA). Experience with billing and financial modules. Experience leading small teams. Agile/Scrum exposure.
