About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveFinance Assistant Managerto support our finance function. The role involves accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, management presentations, and support for strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate books of accounts Support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and analyze MIS reports for senior management Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Coordinate with internal and external auditors Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management and board reviews Support M&A activities including financial due diligence and analysis Assist in cost control and process improvement initiatives Guide and support junior finance team membersQualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA preferred 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance and accountingSkills Required Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge Experience in MIS reporting and budgeting Understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions support activities Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint Experience with ERP / accounting software Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
