The role involves requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.Key Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and requirement clarification • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, demos) • Manage and track requirements using Jira • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management • Provide domain expertise in GST processes and compliance • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverySkills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience as an IT Services Business Analyst • Strong understanding of Agile methodology with hands-on Jira experience • Domain exposure in GST and/or BFSI (preferred) • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesIf you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please feel free to share your updated resume.
