We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Assistant Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team at WNS.Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operations of a call center team by managing day-to-day operations. The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for the development and coaching of their call center team, quality monitoring, performance management, issue escalation / resolution, and problem solving with their team members in difficult situations. The Call Center Supervisor will also assist on the phones during high volume situations.
