The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and building sustainable relationships. The role involves assisting clients with trading platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams Analytical Skills to evaluate client issues, provide solutions, and ensure smooth access to trading platforms Customer Support and Client Relations skills to offer superior service and build lasting client relationships Relevant experience in client support roles, preferably in financial services, is a plus Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
