Brand Manager — Mokae BeautyMumbai | Full time | On siteMokae is entering its next phase of growth.We are hiring a Brand Manager to lead the brand end to end across product, positioning, operations alignment, and market expansion.This is a high ownership role. You will not just manage campaigns. You will help build the brand structurally.AboutMokae Beauty is a clean, non toxic, high performance beauty brand built for everyday wear.Crafted in the EU and stress tested over 18 across real life conditions, our products are designed for Indian skin tones.We are building a premium clean beauty brands, speciall catering to South Asians around the world.The RoleThe Brand Manager will serve as the bridge between product, operations, marketing, and consumer experience.You will work closely with the founders to ensure that product development, pricing, packaging, launches, and communication are aligned to a clear long-term brand vision.This role requires both strategic clarity and operational discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Positioning• Work closely with product development from concept to launch • Define positioning, pricing logic, and portfolio structure • Ensure every product fits cohesively within the Mokae universe • Translate formulation and functional strengths into clear brand valueBrand Architecture & Growth • Strengthen brand equity across digital, retail, packaging, and partnerships • Maintain clarity and consistency across all touchpoints • Support expansion into new markets and categoriesOperational Alignment • Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing • Align inventory, launch timelines, and communication strategy • Build structured systems and processes as the brand scalesPerformance & Commercial Thinking • Track brand and product performance metrics • Identify growth levers across pricing, bundling, launches, and distribution • Balance long term brand building with short term revenue goalsCandidate Profile • 4 to 7 years of brand management experience within beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands • Strong product-led mindset with experience working closely with development and operations teams • Commercially aware, comfortable with margins, pricing logic, and growth metrics • Able to think strategically while executing with detail • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing startup with high accountability • Experience scaling a brand from early stage to growth phase is strongly preferredEducation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. MBA or equivalent brand building experience is a plus.Beauty or premium lifestyle experience preferred.
