Job Title: Manager - QA/QCCompany:Kusumgar Location:Karanj Experience:8–10 YearsDetailed Role Overview As the QA/QC Manager, you will be the primary lead for Quality Management Systems (QMS) implementation and auditing. This is anewly created permanent positionreporting directly to the Department Head, Mr. Rajat Srivastava. You will be expected to balance high-level strategy (Audit Planning and MR responsibilities) with hands-on shop floor quality control. +1Technical Responsibilities & KPI FocusProduction Quality:Oversee machine operations to ensure a 1:1 ratio of planned vs. achieved production targets. Wastage Control:Maintain a strict standard ofbelow 2% rejectionandbelow 2% rework ratio . Process Engineering:Lead the implementation ofCAPA, 8D, FMEA, and SPCprotocols. Audit & Compliance:Act as theManagement Representative (MR)for all audit planning, documentation, and ISO requirements. Inventory Quality:Ensure zero production stoppage by validating that the right quantity and quality of raw materials are issued by the store. Traceability:Execute full material identification and traceability protocols while verifying against counterfeit parts.Technical Skills & Qualifications Education:B.Tech in Textile Technology (or equivalent) is mandatory. Industry Expertise:Specialist background in theGarment Industry . Tool Proficiency:Expert knowledge ofcalibrated instruments , MS Office, and statistical analytical tools. Regulatory Knowledge:Deep understanding of Organization Context and ISO Requirements.Operational Leadership Manage and mentor a dedicated team of quality checkers. Responsible for training, competency mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with IPQC and maintenance teams to ensure immediate resolution of quality errors or machine breakdowns.
