This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional learning experiences to our students.Key ResponsibilitiesP&L Management Own and manage the campus P&L, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability targets Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets for the campus Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed Identify new revenue streams and business opportunitiesOperations Management Oversee all campus operations including admissions, academics, student services, and facilities Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards Maintain high standards of infrastructure, safety, and hygiene across the campus Implement efficient systems and processes to enhance operational effectivenessTeam Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of faculty and administrative staff Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Conduct performance management and professional development for team members Manage hiring, training, and retention of quality staffStudent Success Drive student enrollment, engagement, and retention initiatives Ensure delivery of high-quality learning outcomes and student satisfaction Address student concerns and maintain strong student relationships Monitor and improve student placement and career outcomesBusiness Development & Partnerships Develop relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and community stakeholders Lead marketing and promotional activities to enhance campus visibility and enrollment Represent Elance Learning at industry events and forumsQualificationsEssential Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field 7 years of experience in managing educational institutions or training centers Proven track record of P&L management with demonstrated results Strong business acumen and financial management skills Excellent leadership and people management capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications Experience in the EdTech or skill development sector Understanding of vocational training and employability programs Track record of scaling operations and driving growth Strong network in the education and corporate training ecosystemKey Competencies Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies Financial Acumen:Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis Leadership:Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Customer Focus:Commitment to delivering exceptional student and stakeholder experiencesLocation:Kochi,Calicut,Kannur Reports To:Regional Head / CEO Employment Type:Full-time
