The role focuses on raising awareness of Argon & Co within local audiences and drive integrated marketing initiatives that reinforce our global vision: “To be recognised as the leading global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation.” Working closely with the Managing Partners, Local Marketing Leads, and the Group Marketing team, the role requires confidence operating across cultures, seniority levels, and multiple time zones.Key responsibilities Overall Create and implement the Emerging Markets marketing plan in collaboration with Managing Partners, Local Marketing Leads, and Group Marketing Raise awareness of Argon & Co across Emerging Markets through effective use of digital channels and regional content Act as the link between Group Marketing and Local Marketing teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective local deliveryDigital Channels & Content Maintain and implement the Emerging Markets marketing plan across the website and LinkedIn Manage regional updates using geo-targeted WordPress and LinkedIn activity for Emerging Markets audiences Manage and maintain regional activity across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics, and related platforms Use basic design tools (e.g. Canva, InDesign) to create digital marketing assets (basic video editing skills desirable, but not essential)Local Marketing Support Work closely with Managing Partners and Local Marketing Leads in Middle East, North and SE Asia, and India to deliver local marketing plans Take content from Local Marketing Leads, grammar-check, brand-check and package it up to post it as articles on the website and LinkedIn Support local news and events updates by posting on the website and LinkedIn Use marketing templates to produce digital materials such as event invitations, webinars where required Collaborate with Local Marketing Leads on shared costs for conference sponsorships, merchandise, and exhibition stands, where possible Encourage and support Local Marketing Leads to share Group content with local teams and for them to maintain local marketing mailboxesQuarterly Campaigns & Thought Leadership Lead the coordination of four regional flagship thought leadership pieces of content per year, covering: oNorth & South-East Asia o Middle East o India o A collective Emerging Markets theme Ensure these are communicated across all regions via the website and LinkedIn Coordinate with Local Marketing Leads on local press outreach, email campaigns, and regional promotionWebsite & Ongoing Maintenance Maintain “Meet the Team” website pages, including joiners and leavers Update office addresses, new office openings, and office closures Manage ongoing regional maintenance across the website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics, and other relevant platformsAnalysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Analyse regional marketing data and event performance to generate actionable insights (with data provided by Local Marketing Leads) Attend regular Global marketing meetings to share insights, initiatives, and best practices with Emerging Markets teams Proactively suggest new ideas for regional marketing activity as the role becomes established Share successes and lessons learned across the global marketing community
