Job Title:Clinical Trial Coordinator (Fresher) Location:Remote Department:Clinical ResearchJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Coordinator (Fresher) to support the planning, execution, and documentation of clinical trials in compliance with regulatory guidelines and protocols.Key Responsibilities:Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities as per protocol.Maintain trial-related documents and ensure proper filing (ISF, TMF).Support patient recruitment, screening, and follow-ups.Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs.Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.Prepare and update study reports and trackers.Assist during monitoring visits and audits.Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.Freshers can apply (clinical research training preferred).Basic knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.Good communication and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Skills Required:Attention to detailOrganizational skillsTime managementTeam coordinationBasic understanding of clinical trial processes
