We’re looking for ahands-on Sourcing Executivewho is curious, organised, and excited to learn how products are built—from idea to finished goods.Role OverviewAs a Sourcing Executive you will work closely with thedesign, merchandising, and operations teamsto manage vendors, source new products and materials, track samples and production, and ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.This is anentry-level role (1-2 years of experience) , ideal for someone who wants real exposure to product development, manufacturing, and vendor management in a fast-growing brand.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Supplier Management Coordinate with existing vendors forsampling, pricing, timelines, and production updates Support onboarding ofnew vendorsaligned with EcoRight’s quality and sustainability standards Maintain vendor records, quotes, MOQs, lead times, and certificationsSourcing & Product Development Sourcenew products, materials, trims, and finishesbased on design briefs Assist insample development —tracking revisions, approvals, and timelines Work closely with designers to understandmaterials, prints, construction, and finishesTrend & Market Research Trackproduct, material, print, and design trendsacross Indian and global markets Research competitors, marketplaces, and exhibitions for sourcing inspiration Share trend insights with the design and product teamsProduction & Operations Support Coordinate with vendors onproduction timelines, dispatch schedules, and documentation Track sampling and production status to ensure on-time deliveries Liaise with logistics partners fortransport, dispatches, and inward material tracking Support basic QC coordination and issue resolutionInternal Coordination Work with internal teams oncosting, timelines, and production planning Maintain trackers for samples, production, and deliveries Assist in day-to-day sourcing and operations tasks as requiredRequirementsEducation Degree/Diploma inFashion Technology, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Production, or related field Candidates from afashion, textile, or design backgroundpreferredExperience 0–2 years of experience(freshers welcome) Internship experience in sourcing, merchandising, or production is a plusSkills & Knowledge Basic understanding offabrics, materials, prints, and trims Interest inproduct development and manufacturing processes Good organisational and coordination skills Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for trackers Clear communication skills (email, WhatsApp, calls with vendors)Mindset & Traits Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks Willing to follow up and take ownership of timelines Interest in sustainability and ethical manufacturing is a bonusWhat You’ll Get Real exposure toend-to-end product development Opportunity to work closely withdesigners and manufacturers Hands-on learning in sourcing, production, and supply chain operations A fast-paced startup environment with room to grow
