Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-orientedMarketing Headto lead our marketing department and drive brand growth, lead generation, and revenue expansion. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing the marketing team, and strengthening the company’s market presence.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage brand positioning, brand communication, and campaign strategies. Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, offline marketing, and PR activities. Monitor and optimize marketing budgets and ROI. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights. Drive lead generation and revenue growth initiatives. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams for campaign execution. Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure performance targets are achieved. Oversee agency relationships, vendors, and media planning.
