Your goal is simple: uncover business problems that our engineering team can solve. You will blenddigital marketing strategieswithconsultative sellingto drive revenue and brand visibility. This is not a cold-calling telemarketing role.This is a strategic role where you will learn how to sell high-ticket technical solutions to business leaders.Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development (Sales) Prospecting:Identify potential B2B clients (startups, SMEs) via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and industry forums. Consultative Outreach:Craft personalised emails and messages that speak to a client's specific technical pain points (e.g.,"Is your current app slow?"or"Do you need AI to automate your support?" ). Pipeline Management:Manage leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. Client Demos:Assist senior leadership in scheduling and conducting initial discovery calls.2. Brand & Content (Marketing) Tech Translation:Work with developers to turn complex case studies (e.g.,“Optimizing PostgreSQL Queries” ) into easy-to-read blog posts and LinkedIn content. Social Media Growth:Manage BeamX’s LinkedIn and Twitter presence to build authority in the IT services space. Market Research:Keep an eye on competitors and emerging tech trends (like GenAI or no-code tools) to keep our pitch deck fresh.Requirements Experience:0–2 years in business development, sales, or digital marketing.Freshers with a strong portfolio or internship experience are welcome. Tech-Savviness:You don’t need to code, but you must be curious. You should know whatSaaS ,API , andcloud computingmean. Communication:You write emails that get opened. You can articulate complex ideas simply and confidently. Resilience:You understand that "No" is just part of the process to get to a "Yes". Tools:Familiarity withCanva(for basic design),ChatGPT(for productivity), andLinkedIn Sales Navigatoris a plus.
