Our cutting-edge technology—spanning 3D visualization, virtual tours, and AI-driven insights—helps developers create interactive and engaging property presentations, building trust and accelerating sales.Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Website:Position:3D Project Manager & Client Servicing Executive Location:BengaluruKey Responsibilities Act as theprimary point of contactfor clients throughout the project lifecycle Understand client requirements related to3D ArchViz, interior/exterior renders, walkthroughs, and animations Translate client briefs intoclear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with3D artists, designers, and rendering teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensureon-time delivery Review 3D outputs forquality, accuracy, and client expectations Handleclient feedback, revisions, and approvalsprofessionally Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clientsRequired Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in3D Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) Strong understanding of3D design workflows and rendering processes Hands-on knowledge of tools such as3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, Unreal, or similar Experience inclient servicing / account management Excellentcommunication, presentation, and coordination skills Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and team workflows Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications Background inArchitecture, Interior Design, or 3D Design Experience handlinginternational clients Basic knowledge ofproject management tools(Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.) Understanding ofpricing, proposals, and project costingWhy Join Us Work onhigh-quality global ArchViz projects Collaborative and creative work environment Opportunity to grow intosenior project or operations roles Exposure to latest3D visualization technologies
