Reporting to – General Manager- FinancePosition – Asst. Manager- FinanceJob brief : We are looking for Asst. Manager- Finance in order to manage the financial operations of our organization. In a fast paced and demanding work environment with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, good communication skills, presentation abilities and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Roles and responsibilities:Statutory Compliance: Closing Statutory audit on annual basis and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Closing Tax audit on annual basis and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Filing of Income tax return of company in accordance of Income tax Act along with reconciliation of 26AS vs books. Filing of GST monthly returns, annual returns and handling GST Audits and notices along with reconciliation of GSTR-2B vs books. Filing of TDS quarterly returns and handling TDS notices/assessments Filing of Professional Tax (PT) & Provident Fund (PF) monthly returns and handling respective notices. Filing of annual returns in adherence to company law requirements Filing of requisite forms in adherence to FEMA/RBI regulations in case of foreign remittance. MSME Compliance Documentation compliance of all the banks. Collaborate with external tax consultants to ensure accurate and timely tax filings. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.Financial Compliance and Risk Management: Preparation and Finalization of annual Books of Accounts in accordance with the statutory requirements along with preparation of schedules for every head of the financial statements Monthly closure of Books of accounts Monthly preparation of MIS and developing dashboards for the same. Ensure completeness by preparing vendor ledger reconciliation on monthly basis Ensure completeness by preparing customer ledger reconciliation on monthly basis and reconciling the revenue with agreements Maintaining and updating Fixed asset register periodically Accounting of monthly provisions, prepaid amortization entries Automation of any accounting process Ensure compliance with internal controls and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of appropriate risk management practices.Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for day-to-day operations and long-term financial stability. Preparation of monthly internal cash flow statement to ascertain the net working capital position of the company Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures, including forecasting, cash flow projections, and working capital management. Cost control strategies to be developed.Stakeholder ManagementCultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, auditors, bankers and consultants and regulatory bodies. Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CA Finalist preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles as per AS/IND-AS, financial regulations, and tax laws. Proficiency in financial software and systems especially zoho books and MS excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
