The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in linear television ad sales, strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals across sectors such asreal estate, education, and Defense .Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Generation & Business Development Sell advertising formats includingcommercial spots ,branded content , andFixed Time Commercial (FTC)slots. Monetizechannel IPs ,special programming , andeditorial integrations . Expand market reach inTier 2 and Tier 3 citiesthrough localized sales strategies. 2. Client & Agency Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships withmedia agencies ,brand marketers , anddecision-makers . Engage with planners, buyers, and CMOs to pitchcustomized media solutions . Ensure high levels ofclient satisfaction ,retention , andrepeat business . 3. Strategic Sales Planning Develop and executeaccount-level strategiesaligned with channel goals. Providemarket intelligence ,competitive benchmarking , and identifynew growth opportunities . Collaborate with leadership onpricing ,packaging , andinventory planning . 4. Campaign Execution & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams includingProgramming ,Traffic ,Creative , andOperationsto ensure seamless campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance, delivery metrics, and client feedback. 5. Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor ahigh-performing sales team , fostering a culture ofownership ,agility , andexcellence .
