This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations, processes, and systems, making it an excellent learning opportunity for students or fresh graduates interested in building a career in HR. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR Operations team with daily HR administrative tasks. Support employee onboarding and documentation, including offer letters, joining formalities, and record maintenance. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers. Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination (data support). Help manage HR files, reports, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operational processes. Assist in preparing HR MIS reports and dashboards as required. Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. Eligibility / Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR Operations and people management. Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
