Company Description IP-11 Associates is engaged in Insolvency & Bankruptcy. Role Description This is a full-time Legal Associate role specializing in Insolvency Practice at IP-11 Associates: Insolvency & Bankruptcy. The role is on-site and located at Barakhamba, Connaught Place, New Delhi. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, analyzing cases and legal issues, providing legal advice, and supporting litigation processes. The Legal Associate will assist in research and interpretation of laws under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and related regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of legal principles, particularly in insolvency and bankruptcy practice Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal agreements and filings Exceptional Analytical Skills to handle complex tasks, perform legal research, and solve problems effectively Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members Familiarity with legal issues associated with insolvency, corporate restructuring, and financial regulations Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional qualifications in insolvency law are a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills Knowledge of AI, Digital Marketing, Social Media will be preferredEmoluments:Rs.15,000/- per monthWorking Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm 6 Days ( Sat Hybrid Mode) Whatsapp Contact : 9868067652 Email: ip11associates@
