The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to support capital market initiatives, analyze financial data, and contribute to system and process improvements. Candidates must have strong exposure todata-driven projects and experience interfacing with technology teams .Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all capital market-related initiatives and queries. Provide expert guidance on capital market instruments including: Equities Fixed Income Derivatives Structured Products Collaborate with business, technology, and compliance teams to design and implement capital market solutions. Performdata analysis using SQL and analytical toolsto identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Support development of: Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Specifications: Test Cases Analyze trading lifecycle, settlement, and operational workflows. Participate in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Assist in troubleshooting capital market systems and transaction issues. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support internal teams.
