Sometimes, you may need to work longer hours during busy admission times.Roles and Responsibilities:● Provide backend support by managing the end-to-end processing of student applications to Canadian colleges and universities, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.● Support the Destination Manager – Canada in daily team coordination, task execution, and overall destination operations.● Serve as the point of contact for all Canada applications, liaising closely with agents and counselors across branch offices. ● We have a comprehensive agent network that is divided between the team and the Destination Manager as per the quantum of work to ensure efficient handling, coordination, and timely submission of applications.● Assess academic transcripts, financials, SOPs, and supporting documents before submission to ensure adherence to institution-specific checklists.● Providing training to allocated agents and counsellors in branch offices on the application requirements for Canada. ● Evaluate student profiles and documentation to ensure they meet the admission requirements of Canadian institutions.● Assist front-end counsellors in identifying suitable course and university options based on student eligibility and preferences.● Accurately record and maintain student data, documentation, and application progress using the CRM and internal tracking tools.● Follow up with counsellors, students, or associates for any pending documents, information, or clarifications required for application completion.● Liaise with Canadian institutional partners for offer issuance, case-specific queries, and documentation follow-ups.● Ensure that submitted applications meet all institution-specific guidelines and documentation requirements.● Provide support in reviewing and refining students' Statements of Purpose (SOPs) in line with Canadian institutional expectations.● Assist students with interview preparation when required by Canadian institutions, providing formats, sample questions, and mock sessions.● Attend and stay updated through training sessions, webinars, and university briefings related to the Canadian education system.● Coordinate with front-end counsellors and admissions officers to ensure a smooth flow of applications across the Canada pipeline.● Maintain high accuracy in uploading and verifying application documents on partner portals or official channels.● Track the progress of student files and applications, proactively resolving any delays or errors.● Ensure proper handover of cases to the visa documentation team post offer acceptance and deposit payments.● Provide updates and case statuses to associates and internal team members as required.● Participate in institutional and internal training to continually strengthen destination-specific knowledge.● Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly application conversion targets set by the destination leadership.Support business development efforts, document review, and operational support to associates and counselors working with Canada-bound students
