Job Role: Responsible for supporting the design validation, deployment, and stabilization of enterprise AV systems across projects. Reviews drawings and specifications, provides Level-2 troubleshooting during installation and commissioning, resolves escalated issues, performs root-cause analysis, and collaborates with project teams and vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality AV solutions aligned with approved designs and SLAs.Job Accountabilities (Duties & Responsibilities) Support AV system design validation aligned with project scope and client requirements Review architectural drawings, AV schematics, BOMs, and technical specifications for accuracy and feasibility Identify design conflicts, integration gaps, and site-specific constraints Provide Level-2 technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and go-live Troubleshoot complex AV issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Coordinate with project managers, consultants, IT/network teams, and vendors Validate system performance against approved designs, standards, and SLAs Support system calibration, configuration, and optimization for reliable operation Recommend design improvements based on site conditions and testing outcomes Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements Prepare as-built drawings, configuration records, and handover documentation Support knowledge transfer to operations/support teams post-deployment AV engineers commonly design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain integrated audio-visual systems to ensure reliable performance in corporate environments.Key Attributes (Experience & Qualifications)3–5 years of experience in Audio-Visual engineering or deployment roles Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field (preferred) Hands-on experience deploying AV infrastructure for conference rooms and enterprise environments Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, control systems, and integration Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and networked AV systems Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Basic project coordination experience Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Collaborative mindset with strong team orientation
