Our innovative approach and scalable platforms are transforming logistics for the modern world.Job brief:As a Lead Accounts, candidate will responsible to play a critical role in our Finance and Accounts department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, as well as providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in staying updated with changes in tax regulations and accounting standards. Exceptional time management skills are crucial since the role requires meeting tight deadlines.Responsibilities:1) Financial Reporting and Analyses:• Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) on a regular basis. • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and applicable financial regulations. • Present financial reports to management and provide insights into financial performance. 2) Reconciliation:• Reconcile financial accounts, including bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records. 3) Budgeting and Forecasting:• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. • Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis. 4) General Ledger Maintenance:• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial transactions. • Record and classify financial data in an organized and systematic manner.5) Tax Compliance:• Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and advise on tax-saving opportunities. 6) Audit Support:• Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Implement audit recommendations and process improvements. 7) Financial Analysis:• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Provide strategic insights to management to support financial decision-making. 8) Team Collaboration:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the finance team, to achieve financial goals and objectives. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.Qualifications and Experience:• + CA Inter (Dropout) / Master's degree in Commerce () or an MBA with a specialization in Finance and a proven of 4-6 years of relevant experience or • Completion of CA Inter (Chartered Accountant Intermediate) with a proven of 3+ years of relevant experience.Additional Requirement:• Excellent knowledge of Tally & MS Office (Especially MS Excel) and familiar with relevant computer software and Sound knowledge of accounting principal and bookkeeping procedures. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and procedures. • Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • GST Provisions and Reconciliation of GSTR2B, Monthly returns, Prepare Data for GST Annual Return, Prepare RCM Invoices and Income Tax, TDS, Advance Tax. • Bank Reconciliation and MIS.
