Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensivemarketing strategiesto increase admissions and brand awareness. Plan and manageATL & BTL marketing activities , including digital marketing, print media, outdoor advertising, events, and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships withschools, colleges, and educational partnersfor tie-ups and collaborations. Organize and conductseminars, workshops, school activities, and promotional eventsto generate student leads. Analyzemarket trends, competition, and campaign performanceto optimize marketing efforts. Coordinate closely with thesales/admissions teamto ensure effective lead conversion and target achievement. Prepare, manage, and trackmarketing budgets and performance reports . Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inMarketing, Business Administration , or a related field. 2–7 years of relevant experiencein marketing (experience in the education/coaching sector preferred). Strongcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Proficiency inExcel, Google Sheets, CRM tools , and reporting.
