Greetings for the day.We have an opening for Senior Architect for Mumbai location.Job Description• Lead architectural design and planning for high-rise residential projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and design excellence. • Oversee and contribute to projects including: o Club Houses within residential developments o Residential buildings (low-rise and mid-rise) o Commercial properties o Interior design projects o Facade design and detailing • Ensure compliance with Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR) and manage redevelopment projects under various schemes. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution. • Provide design leadership, mentoring junior architects, and maintaining quality standards across deliverables. • Integrate sustainability, innovation, and modern design practices into project solutions. • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and align project objectives. • International Work Experience would be an added advantageSkills• Experience : 8 - 10 years of professional experience with Architect Firms only, with at least one completed high-rise residential project. • Share detailed Project Work Profile along with the ResumeIf interested, share your updated resume onsnehal.lende@
